Andrea Reyes is a doctoral candidate, researcher, professor, and public speaker. Her research investigates leadership within the fashion industry and its impact on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. Her scholarship is grounded in organizational theory, executive decision-making, and the role of power and responsibility in shaping sustainable outcomes. She currently teaches at Parsons School of Design and Kent State University, where she bridges theory and practice through systems thinking, ethics, and purpose-driven strategy.

Andrea is a published author with Bloomsbury Publishing. Her book, Apparel Costing, offers a critical and practical exploration of apparel costing systems, revealing how pricing, labor, materials, and power dynamics shape value creation across global supply chains.

Andrea's work has been presented internationally, including conferences in Budapest, Hungary, Ljubljana, Slovenia and the United Nations, with an upcoming conference scheduled in Cologne, Germany in September 2026. As she enters the next phase of her career, Andrea is seeking teaching, research, and speaking opportunities for 2026 that continue to bridge academia, industry, and community-based organizing on a global scale.
